The Sleep Collection

Your mind and body deserve deep, restorative sleep. Help your body catch those elusive ZZZ’s with plant power.

How will consuming a gummy improve your sleep, you ask?

We developed our line of sleep gummies to calm mind and body to help you drift off into deeper slumber more quickly and remain asleep longer.

Here’s a quick rundown of our line of gummies great for improving sleep.

Delta 9 gummies contain THC and do have psychoactive properties (they’ll get you high). We generally recommend that you consume 1/4 or 1/2 a gummy if you’re not sure of how you’ll feel approximately 45 minutes before you’re ready to get into bed. Our delta 9 customers report a deep sense of calm. For those inexperienced with THC, a full gummy may be too much. However, we have some customers who find 1 or 2 gummies to be perfect. Experiment to find the right dose for you.

Nighty Night Passion Fruit gummies contain full-spectrum CBD as well as a robust blend of herbs that have been shown time and again to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. These are our most popular gummy as they taste great and have been reported to lead to longer cycles of deep and REM sleep. Take one or two gummies approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime. No psychoactive properties.

Nighty Night Lemon Lavender gummies contain CBD-Isolate meaning they do not contain THC and should not show up on blood tests. This makes them perfect for first responders seeking to improve their sleep. Take one or two gummies approximately 30-45 minutes before bedtime. No psychoactive properties.

Why don’t Rado Life products contain melatonin?

Melatonin, while a widely popular ingredient in many sleep aides and is a naturally occurring ingredient, is not an ingredient we recommend supplementing with. Here’s why:

The human body produces a much smaller amount of melatonin than what is found in the vast majority of melatonin products. Flooding the body with melatonin can produce daytime grogginess, headaches, nausea, dizziness, along with other undesirable side effects.

It can also interact with other medications, dis-regulate sleep cycles, and some studies show dependencies can be formed.

Lastly, we recommend avoiding synthetically derived ingredients made in labs in general.
